Finlaysons is seeking casual Team Members (Frames) in our Frame and Truss plant in Zillmere, Queensland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing top-quality building components that support the construction industry.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the assembly and manufacture of timber frames to meet precise specifications
- Operate and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship and quality control throughout the production process
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction-related role, preferable in frame and truss production
- A valid Forklift licence (essential)
- Ability to work a roster between Monday and Friday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with power tools and production equipment
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- A safety-focused mindset and willingness to comply with all WHS requirements
