Your Role with Metcash
- Drive the ongoing development of Metcash's Enterprise Risk Management and Business Resilience Frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders to identify, assess and manage strategic and operational risks.
- Deliver risk reporting and insights to senior leadership, governance committees and the Board.
- Lead business continuity, crisis management and operational resilience initiatives.
- Oversee and lead Security of Critical Infrastructure (SoCI) risk management obligations.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide risk leadership across the business.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Audit or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of risk, governance and assurance frameworks.
- Experience working within a regulated or complex corporate environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong communication and executive reporting capability
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
