Metcash is seeking a hands-on Outbound Supervisor to join the Eagle Farm team on a full-time basis. You will work with the warehouse team to ensure stock is received, stored, picked and dispatched efficiently and safely, actively involved in daily operations from loading to inventory accuracy.
The role requires prior outbound/warehouse leadership experience, forklift and manual license, and readiness to start at 3:00am Monday–Friday with occasional extended shifts in a fast-paced foodservice
