We're looking for a UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across IGA Australia's digital platforms. Working closely with product, technology and business teams, you'll transform customer insights into engaging user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. In this Role
- Design intuitive, user-centred digital experiences that improve customer engagement and usability
- Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and drive design decisions
- Evolve and maintain the IGA design system, component library and UI standards
- Partner with Product, Technology and Business teams to translate ideas into exceptional digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design quality is maintained through delivery
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the value behind your solutions
You're Likely a Match If:
- Strong experience with Figma, including prototyping and working within design systems
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into meaningful design solutions
- Excellent UX and UI design skills, with a keen eye for visual design, layout and interaction
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries and digital best practices
- Confidence presenting and articulating design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
