Metcash Limited, through its Total Tools & Hardware Group (TTHG), is seeking a SHE Advisor based in Brisbane to drive a strong safety culture across sites including Harding's M10, Finlayson's and Sunshine M10.
The role focuses on risk reduction, incident response and compliance with the SHE Management System.
You will partner with site leaders, spend time in stores and operational environments, and coach teams to embed safe ways of working across IHG operations.
