Do you enjoy a balance of office work and hands-on operations servicing customers?
Due to an internal promotion, the Warringah Timbers team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as an Inside Sales team member on a full-time basis.
This role operates a full time hour week across Monday to Friday (with occasional half Saturdays). You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, preparing quotes and processing customer transactions in store.
You will need to complete a medical assessment prior to starting with Warringah Timbers.
What you will be doing
- Creating Orders for customers
- Purchase orders
- Responding to customer enquiries and taking special orders
- Preparingaccuratequotes and organising delivery schedules
- Engaging customers on the phone or via emailto drive sales
- Managing daily administrative tasks forTrade Account Managers
- Providingin-store customerassistance
What you will bring
- A strong work ethic and a“can-do”attitude
- Excellentcommunication skills and a team-first mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Timber and hardware knowledgeisan advantage but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
