Responsibilities:
- Spend majority of time interacting with customers.
- Answer customer requests timely and comprehensively.
- Analyze and understand the customer’s technical need.
- Provide in-depth technical advice to assist potential customers in designing their parts for the specific characteristics of Mersen products.
- Contribute to the drafting of specifications.
- Prepare negotiation plan.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of orders within delegation rules.
- Issue timely customer visit reports in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide adequate solutions and service to customers.
- Contribute to building the sales budget.
- Ensure on-time payment from customers.
- Display deep knowledge of products/solutions portfolio.
