The predicted salary is between 42750 - 52250 $ per year.
To ensure members and visitors are served promptly and efficiently whilst enjoying the facilities of the Club. The role is also responsible for monitoring guest behaviour in accordance with RSA and RCG legislation and guidelines and in line with the Club's policies, constitution, and expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to patrons and visitors
- Monitoring and reporting guest behaviour in line with RSA and RCG requirements and the Group's policies and procedures
- Adhere to the Group's Gaming Plan of Management
- Money handling and payment facilitation
- Adherence to the Group's established procedures for security of cash handling
- Maintain workplace hygiene, WHS and security procedures
- Maintain and ensure security of cash within the main bar area (Keno, cash register)
- Identify patrons who are at risk of or experiencing gambling harm
- Facilitate requests by patrons for information about or to participate in self-exclusion schemes conducted by the club
- Record incidents relating to persons who are at risk of or experiencing gambling harm in the club's gambling incident register
