Merivale in Sydney is seeking an energetic, bubbly and experienced Venue Manager to lead our opening team at Fred’s on Paddington’s Oxford Street. You will build and develop a diverse team, foster a culture that strives for excellence and create authentic, guest-centred experiences in a farm-to-table setting.
You’ll deliver ongoing training on product knowledge, establish an effective operational rhythm across the venue, and manage priorities in a high-volume environment.
