The Role
A truly unique opportunity to work with some of the best names in wine, including Master Sommelier Franck Moreau and our Group General Manager Beverage, Dorianne Neimard. We are on the hunt for passionate and talented Sommeliers to join our teams for Sydney’s brightest year yet. We are looking for a variety of Sommeliers across our group in some of our most treasured brands like Uccello, Felix and Totti’s.
- As Head Sommelier, you will get to increase your wine knowledge, learn system processes, and improve your service styles with the Merivale way.
- As part of the Merivale Sommelier Group, you will need to be a team player, teach and share your wine knowledge, and inspire others in your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- You are a valued part of our restaurant teams and you’ll set the standard for service and share your knowledge with all our guests to ensure their experiences at our Merivale venues are memorable ones.
- With roles at various levels, we are looking for Sommeliers who are serious about their career progression and professional development, who love what they do and are exceptional when it comes to providing an impeccable guest experience.
