Merivale in Sydney is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join the Reservations Team. You will handle bookings for iconic venues such as ivy, Establishment, Mr Wong, Totti's, and more, across a dynamic hospitality portfolio.
You will work a rotating roster 7 days a week with hours 9am–9pm at latest, including weekdays, weekends and nights. The role emphasizes superb guest service, accuracy, and collaboration with venue managers.
