The Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers to help deliver these exciting new openings coming to life soon in Sydney CBD

As a Manager at Merivale, your focus will be on
- Leading a large team with compassion and respect, while inspiring a group of passionate, fun-loving individuals to consistently deliver an outstanding experience for our guests
- Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate.
- Ensuring that our focus is always on the guest and their experience
- Managing strong financial controls as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top-line sales
