Mercy Health Albury is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its 20-bed GEM and Rehabilitation Unit.
The role offers Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities in a subacute setting focused on older adults recovering function and returning safely to the community.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred care alongside a Geriatrician, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other specialists.
