Mercy Connect is seeking an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) to support Team Leaders and Operational Managers in delivering high quality, person‐centred services for participants. You will foster strong relationships with participants and families, promote excellent customer service, support implementation of participant plans, and handle documentation and reporting.
