We are seeking casual Room Attendants with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring every guest receives a clean and welcoming room for their stay.

What you'll be doing:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, storage areas and assigned spaces to required hotel standards.
- Replenish guest supplies, linen, towels, amenities and in-room materials according to the room type and hotel requirements.
- Carry out regular, deep cleaning tasks as allocated by the supervisor or manager.
- Check room presentation, cleanliness, equipment, fixtures and amenities before completing each room.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, safety concerns or unusual activity promptly and accurately.
- Handle guest laundry, lost property and guest belongings carefully and in line with hotel procedures.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
What we're looking for:
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning or accommodation experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling within safe work guidelines.
- Ability to clean rooms efficiently while maintaining quality, safety and attention to detail.
- Respectful and discreet when working in guest rooms and handling guest belongings.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
