Position: UI/UX Designers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Complete and narrate real UI/UX design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
- Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD to design web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Explain design decisions clearly while working independently to support AI model improvement.
- Engage in user research and usability testing to enhance design outputs.
- Work in a structured environment without the high pressure of internships or full-time roles.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2–3 years of professional experience or current enrollment in postgrad HCI/design studies.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD.
- Experience designing web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Bachelor's from a prestigious institution or currently pursuing/recently completed Master's.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
