  • Prepare statutory financial statements and supporting schedules, coordinate external audit requests, and help maintain clear, complete and timely supporting evidence.
  • Coordinate and oversee selected fixed asset and intercompany activities.
  • Perform routine and ad hoc control procedures, coordinate updates to control documentation, and use trend and outlier analysis to identify unusual transactions, data-quality issues and potential control exceptions.
  • Work with Tax, Finance, commercial teams, shared services and other supporting functions to improve compliance, resolve issues and strengthen ownership of finance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate recurring finance processes while maintaining an effective control environment.

What You Must Have

  • Relevant financial accounting experience in a complex or multinational organisation; experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.

  • Ability to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines and operate effectively during peak reporting periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • A proactive, adaptable and self-motivated mindset with a continuous-improvement focus.
