The predicted salary is between 19.8 - 24.2 $ per hour.
We are currently seeking a qualified handyman to work within a commercial cleaning contract in the Mt Piper/Lithgow area.
- Driver's Licence & White Card Required: Driver's Licence and White Card are required.
- Understanding of Risk Management: Understanding of risk management (hazards and controls, etc).
- Desirable Competencies:
- Successfully completed secondary school to Year 10 level
- Completed a TAFE Certificate IV in a Trade (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Handyman/Maintenance person in a commercial environment
- Punctual, honest and an efficient worker
- Forms good working relationships
- Can read and write in English
- Self‐motivating
- Dependable, organized and thorough
- Takes pride in the work they perform
All applicants must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a police check, random drug and alcohol tests as a condition of employment. Applicants who are not Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents must provide proof of entitlement to work including any restrictions on hours of work. Generally, the position is Monday to Friday, however some weekend work could be required.
