We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Manager to lead our welcoming 56-bed aged care home in Claremont Tasmania that has recently passed registration under the new strengthened aged care standards. About the Role
You will provide overall leadership of the residence, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, operational performance and a positive resident experience. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability and continuous improvement.
