Melton City Council is creating a brand-new Band 7 role to support our Transformation Program and Wellbeing Plan. You will partner with senior leaders to influence leadership capability, workforce skills, organisational culture and employee experience to achieve sustainable change.
Reporting to the Organisational Development Consultant, the role will design and deliver initiatives that build leadership capability, improve employee engagement and drive performance across the council.
