What you'll do
- You will be the ultimate go-to for everything people-related across the business:
- Talent & Onboarding: Driving end-to-end recruitment from ad to offer, and ensuring new starters are set up for success.
- Compliance & Operations: Meticulously keeping records, training and tickets up to date.
- People Development: Coordinating the performance and development framework.
- Culture: Owning the calendar of social and team events to keep head office humming.

As the company grows, this role is designed to grow right alongside you.
You will report directly to the Managing Director, gaining real, hands-on investment in your development.
You will never be left holding a complex problem alone, instead, you will be guided and supported through it, with the support of our external HR Consultant, to empower you to build your capability and grow your own skills and knowledge in more advanced areas of HR.

- Have solid experience across HR and office coordination (construction experience is a huge bonus!).
- Have run recruitment and onboarding, and know exactly what exceptional candidate care looks like.
- Are highly organised, discreet, and dependable.
