About the role:
As our Mill Park clinic continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Hand Therapist to join our supportive and collaborative team in Melbourne's north. We welcome applications from both Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with a strong background in hand and upper limb rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be stepping into an established clinic with a strong referral network, a collaborative team culture, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
What we're looking for:
- Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with demonstrated hand therapy experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills across a range of upper limb conditions
- Enthusiasm for splinting, post-surgical rehabilitation and injury management
- A team player who communicates well and builds strong relationships with patients and referrers alike
