Key responsibilities
- Style and install luxury silk floral arrangements, including arbours, hanging installations, table runners, and backdrop designs
- Conduct on-site styling to ensure every faux stem is perfectly placed and looking immaculate for the event
- Travel to various premium venues across the Melbourne metropolitan area
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and late-night pack-downs
About you
- Hard-working and committed attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience in event styling and floristry is highly regarded, but a strong work ethic and a good eye for layout are essential
- Excellent teamwork and a punctual, reliable nature
