The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) is seeking casual MCC Club Services Representatives to support members during weeknights, match days and weekends. You will assist with member and guest enquiries in person at Membership Services and via email, web chat and phone, delivering accurate, timely service with attention to detail.
Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred; you should have excellent verbal communication and a welcoming, professional manner to build strong relationships.
