Megasealed Bathrooms is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Brisbane / Gold Coast office in Ormeau. You will handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with inquiries from clients, manage scheduling and data entry, and provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming & outgoing calls with inquiries from clients
- Schedule quotes for consultants - liaising with homeowners, real estates & tenants
- Data entry of quotes and sending to account & COD clients
- Schedule jobs for technicians for works to be carried out
- Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information
- CRM Management - Data Entry
- Process payments from clients
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
About you
- Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes
- Able to work autonomously
- Must have experience working with CRM systems - preferable using SIMPRO
- Able to deal with a fast paced environment
- Must be able to multi task
- Adaptability to change in the workplace
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
