Mega Stone Aluminium Pty Ltd is a well-established and leading supplier of aluminium products based in Padstow, Sydney. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales Person to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to trade and retail customers.
- Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing and sales.
- Process customer orders received over the counter, by telephone and through other communication channels.
- Liaise with the warehouse and accounts teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Perform general filing, data entry and administrative duties.
- Assist with other day-to-day office and sales activities as required.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will ideally possess:
- Strong customer service skills and an interest in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, professional and positive attitude.
