Thrive in a Collaborative Environment: Business Division Officer at Mega International Commercial Bank - Australian Branch
We are seeking an entry-level Business Division Officer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing a strong foundation in banking operations, compliance, and customer due diligence.
This position offers hands-on exposure to key banking processes and an excellent pathway for career development within the financial services industry.
You will be responsible for
- KYC procedures
- conducting Know Your Customer checks, maintaining and updating customer information, and performing ongoing risk assessments.
- AUSTRAC reporting
- preparing SMRs, TTRs and IFTIs, reviewing data, and submitting reports for approval.
- Proceeding daily business transaction.
- Assisting the Business Manager.
- Act as substitute to the relevant position when required.
- Other assignments assigned by Supervisor, Division Manager.
Who we are looking for
- Ideally Degree Qualified in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Good understanding of (or willingness to learn) KYC, AML/CTF, CDD, and AUSTRAC reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good English and Mandarin preferred.
