Qualifications & experience
- Fluent in English (and Vietnamese preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Computer literacy (MS Office & other technical software)
- Presentation Skills
- Study/experience in civil, mechanical engineering
- Knowledge within HVAC industry is an advantage (but not essential)
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Build, develop and maintain customer relationships
- Manage quote requests and pricing enquiries within a given time frame
- Negotiate and sign sales contracts, ensure revenue and profit targets are met
- Schedule plans for each project, providing other departments of the company with details to update production schedules
- Support accounts department in monthly payment/settlement to ensure all payment is received and finalized
- Introduce and promote the company's brand, products and services
- Work closely and co-operate with other departments in company operations
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
