Due to our continued growth, we are in need of a qualified, focused individual for a vital role in our IT Support department.
Responsibilities
- User account administration for network, e-mail, and other applications
- Provide support to end users on company provided equipment and software applications including computer hardware, peripherals, mobile phones, computer operating systems, and office applications
- Research and resolve technical problems of equipment and software applications
- Respond to tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions
- Communicate and collaborate with a regional/global IT team member.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology or other IT related fields
- 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support type role
- Experience with PC Equipment, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe products, and other cloud-based applications a plus
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
