A physio practice with two studios in Sydney is looking for a full time Physiotherapist who likes combining hands‑on treatment with Pilates-based rehab. The team of 7 clinicians treats patients as active participants in their recovery, with a strong focus on movement quality, strength and keeping people injury free in the long run. If you enjoy treatment plans that go beyond a few sessions of manual therapy, this role will suit you.

The practice

  • Two studios, with the larger one as your main base for most of the week
  • A team of 7 clinicians across both locations
  • A mostly adult caseload (around 95%), almost entirely private patients with very little NDIS work
  • Private practice with a Pilates and rehab approach, supported by an emphasis on technique and safety
  • A friendly, supportive environment where staff are encouraged to develop their skills

What your days will look like

  • Assessing and treating a broad range of MSK presentations, including back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee conditions
  • Using hands‑on therapy alongside Pilates‑based rehab in the same treatment plan
  • Working with a mix of patients, from people managing ongoing pain to those recovering after surgery
  • Supporting adults of different ages and fitness levels to build strength and confidence in how they move
  • Educating patients so that the results continue outside the clinic

What we’re looking for

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (general registration)
  • Strong MSK skills and a keen interest in Pilates‑based rehab
  • Women’s health experience is a bonus
  • A patient‑first approach and good communication
  • Australian work rights
  • Available for a late November start

Hours and location

  • Full time, 5 days per week
  • 3 days at the main studio (Canterbury), including one Saturday, and 2 days at the second studio (Miranda)

What’s in it for you

  • Base salary of $80,000 plus super
  • A quarterly KPI bonus of 10% of revenue above a set threshold
  • Dedicated one on one mentoring with a senior clinician
  • A partnership pathway, discussed at your 12 month review
  • A regular, structured week split between two studios

Locations

  • Canterbury: A lively inner west suburb with a good selection of cafes, local shops and easy access to the train line and Cooks River parklands.
  • Miranda: A busy southern Sydney hub with plenty of dining options, a large shopping centre and good transport links.
