A clinic where exercise is part of the treatment, not an add-on. Most physio roles ask you to treat and send people home with a sheet of exercises. This one lets you follow through. You’d join a private practice on the Northern Gold Coast that pairs skilled manual treatment with tailored exercise programs, plus a timetable of small group classes. The focus is on getting clients moving well and back to the things they care about, not just settling their pain.
About the practice
- Independent private practice serving the Northern Gold Coast community
- A general practice with a really broad caseload, from young athletes and weekend warriors to older adults with knee and back conditions
- Assessment led approach, with a close look at how each client moves to find what is really driving their symptoms
- Hands on treatment combined with exercise programs built around each client’s goals, work and lifestyle
- Dry needling is used as a regular part of treatment
- Small group classes run alongside one on one care, covering bone strength, steadiness and mobility for older clients, and general conditioning
- Funding is a mix of private, Medicare and WorkCover, with some adult NDIS

- Work with a caseload of roughly 35% WorkCover, 20% adult NDIS and the rest private and Medicare clients, with a small number of paediatric clients
- Prescribe exercise and take part in running or developing the group classes
