Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients across various age groups
• Deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
• Educate clients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapy objectives
• Maintain precise documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice protocols
• Participate in continual professional development and foster a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
• Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent)
• Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
