About the Role:

- Part Time Hours required: Tuesday 0830-1630, Thursdays 0830-1630 and fortnightly Fridays 0900-1700 with the flexibility to assist our other Medical One Practices.
- Training and induction provided.
The Role:
We are looking for a Nurse with long-term goals in general practice and a passion for practice nursing. You will be caring, compassionate and empathetic in your approach to people. Customer service and high-level communication is at the forefront of your ethos. You are skilled at remaining calm in highly tense situations and have the ability to resolve matters pragmatically. You are looking for work-life balance and a team of friendly and supportive nurses to work with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to, and with the support of, the Practice Manager, you will be a vital member of the team in contributing to the success of the Practice, with key responsibilities entailing:
- Immunisations
- Procedures
- Health Assessment and CDM
- Treatment Room & Stock Management
- Triage
- Infection Control
- Iron Infusions
- Ability to competently use Zedmed Clinical Software desired.
The successful candidate will be part of a detailed 2-week induction and training program that will equip you with all the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive within the role and company. You will be required to provide full working rights and a current Working with Children Check or apply for one before commencing employment with Medical One.
