Join our friendly and supportive team at Traralgon Aged Care and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. We are looking for a passionate Personal Care Worker to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time basis.
About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence and choice. Working alongside our experienced care team, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health, behaviour or wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Follow all relevant care, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the wider care team
About You

You will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
- Previous experience working in aged care is desirable
- Current Police Check and relevant screening requirements
- Australian working rights
