Medibank Group is seeking a Knowledge & Content Design Lead to shape how knowledge is experienced across the Medibank Hub. You will lead a team of Content Designers, set the knowledge strategy, standards and roadmaps, and act as the design authority for content experiences and platforms.
Partner with senior leaders to improve knowledge structure, governance and delivery, drive information architecture, accessibility and frontline performance, and balance strategic thinking with practical.
