This permanent role offers full-time 37.5 hours or part-time 30 hours weekly, working across in-store, phone, online and community channels to help customers choose the right health cover and services.
You’ll build lasting relationships through personalised conversations, handle daily inquiries, and contribute to flexible rostering with hours 8am–8pm; after-5pm shifts may be from home.
