You will be responsible for delivering patient-centred care to suitable patients for Amplar Health Home Hospital (AHHH) and undertaking clinical reviews as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

AHHH is committed to providing safe, high quality and effective health care services that address the holistic (physical, social, psychological, and spiritual) needs of our patients and their families and carers. About you

You will be naturally empathetic, observant, attentive, trustworthy, clinically sound and committed to making AHHH a centre of excellence.
