We’re looking for passionate and people-focused Zone Managers to join our dynamic teams across our Sydney CBD stores.
With both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available, you'll play a key leadership role in bringing the MECCA experience to life — empowering your team, elevating customer experiences, and driving exceptional results.
As a Zone Manager, you'll partner with the wider leadership team to inspire, coach and develop your team while creating a store environment that delivers on the magic, service and expertise our customers know and love.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
- Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
Requirement of the role:
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
