MECCA Brands is seeking a Test Lead to own quality across five squads (three web, two app). This hybrid role blends hands-on testing with people leadership, guiding a team of Test Analysts and Test Engineers while shaping testing strategy early in discovery and design.
You will drive shift-left testing for performance, accessibility and automation, partner with the Automation Lead, and stay hands-on with CI/CD, observability tools, and QA practices across the product suite including PDP uplift.
