MECCA Brands is seeking a Property Analyst to provide financial insight across our Property portfolio. You will report to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and collaborate with Property, Facilities, Retail Operations and Commercial Finance to shape investment decisions and drive performance.
You will prepare monthly property reporting, feasibility analyses, capex tracking and post-investment reviews, and develop budgets, forecasts and financial assumptions across occupancy and overheads.
