Day-to-day responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert in store for all things fragrance; helping our customers to find the best scent for them and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
- Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through-out the store
What success looks like in this role
- Proven fragrance experience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home
- Highly skilled at taking customers on a journey to find the right fragrance notes for their needs, whether it be their new daily scent or providing an in-depth wedding consultation helping the happy couple choose memorable scents for their special day.
- Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to leave the store feeling amazing
- An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
