MECCA Brands in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) to lead our Kotara store on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).
You will coach a large retail team on the shop floor, drive exceptional customer experiences, and balance sales with service to deliver MECCA magic every day.
You will work late evenings and weekends, report to the Store Manager, and have access to MECCAversity education, a monthly performance bonus program, staff discounts, and parental support.
