- Day-to-day responsibilities
- Conducting makeup application services for customers from full glam to natural looks.
- Be the go-to expert in-store for all things makeup; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
- Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.
- What success looks like in this role
- Proven experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct back-to-back appointments keeping to strict timings across peak trade hours.
- Confident in delivering top trending looks; winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and fierce red lips.
- Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin.
- Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your make-up expertise to build the make-up category.
- An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude.
