Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting makeup application services for customers from full glam to natural looks.
• Being the go-to expert in-store for all things makeup; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
• Working alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.

What success looks like in this role:

• Proven experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct back-to-back appointments keeping to strict timings across peak trade hours.
• Confident in delivering top trending looks; winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and fierce red lips.
• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin.
• Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your make-up expertise to build the make-up category.
• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude.
