Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

• Conducting makeup application services for customers from full glam to natural looks
• Be the go‑to expert in‑store for all things makeup; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA‑mazing
• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store

What success looks like in this role:

• Proven experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct back‑to‑back appointments keeping to strict timings across peak trade hours
• Confident in delivering top trending looks; winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and fierce red lips
• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin
• Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your make‑up expertise to build the make‑up category
• An inclusive, team‑spirited person with a can‑do attitude
