Are you ready to take your leadership career to the next level and join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer? We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MECCA Canberra store in ACT on a full-time, fixed term basis ending in Feb 2028.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
- Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
