- 70% of gross billings, with a 3-month guarantee of $180-$200/hr (depending on experience).
- The practice uses Best Practice software.

- Long term doctors are currently working how have been at the practice for 10 + years along with long term staff support as well.
- Modern practice –modern equipment, 2 bed treatment room.
- The practice also has physio, podiatry, and pathology. Chemist, optometrist, audiologist, dentist, massage, and chiro available in shopping centre.
- Lots of foot traffic from shopping centre
- Mixed billing, only bulk bill aged pensioners and children to 16 years. Offer $10 discount for concession cards. No bulk billing on Saturdays.
- 15 Minute appointment to allow comprehensive care for patients
- Patients are regarded as an extension of the practice’s family – some patients have been coming for 30 or more years.
