MCP Oz Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Concreters to join our dynamic team. As a full-time employee, higher casual rates are offered. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction services to our diverse clientele, completing projects throughout Western Australia in commercial settings and remote/mining sites. Being a FIFO role, this will be offered on a roster basis. We are seeking up to 6 persons to join our team comprising of the following:
- Concrete Workers
- Carpenters
- Projects Experienced Team Members
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other structures
- Performing complex earthworks, including excavation, grading, and backfilling
- Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns in a timely manner
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concreter in the construction and/or mining industry
- Strong understanding of concrete and earthworks best practices, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
