About the role

As our Change & Adoption Specialist, reporting to the Technology Program Manager, you’ll lead the people side of McNab’s Dayforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout – one of our most significant technology programs. You’ll own the change planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption and benefits tracking, so our people are ready, confident and supported to work in new ways. You’ll be part of a collaborative Technology Services team, working alongside an experienced implementation partner, with access to innovative tools to plan, track and deliver change. This is a full-time, maximum-term contract of up to two years, covering implementation, go-live and transition to business as usual.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and manage the change, communications, engagement, training and adoption plan across both programs, aligning activity with delivery milestones and business priorities.
  • Identify how changes affect different teams and roles, assess readiness and risks, and work with business leaders to address gaps before go-live.
  • Deliver clear, practical communications, role-based training and learning resources that help office-based, site-based and geographically dispersed teams understand and adopt new ways of working.
  • Support all impact stakeholders with the tools, guidance and confidence to manage the change, address concerns and reinforce adoption.
  • Measure readiness, adoption and business benefits, identify areas requiring intervention, and coordinate go-live support, hypercare and the transition to business-as-usual ownership.

You’ll bring

  • Extensive change management experience on complex enterprise technology implementations through go-live, hypercare and business as usual, operating within a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated capability across complex programs in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, readiness planning, communications, training needs analysis, designing and delivering training and support resources, adoption and benefits tracking.
  • Ability to engage geographically dispersed, frontline & blue-collar workforces and communicating effectively with everyone from site teams to executives.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, including tracking adoption and business benefits, interpreting data, identifying risks and linking change outcomes to business value.
  • Confidence coaching leaders, building super-user networks and collaborating with implementation partners, supported by a recognised change management qualification or accreditation.

McNab benefits

  • Leave benefits – Enjoy birthday leave, paid parental leave and the option to purchase additional annual leave.
