  • File preparation, document management and digital workflows
  • Coordinating appointments, follow-ups and document execution
  • Supporting estate administration and probate matters under supervision
  • Liaising with beneficiaries, institutions and other stakeholders
  • General practice and reception support as part of a shared team approach

About You

  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment, with wills and estates experience highly regarded
  • Strong technological capability is essential. You are confident working in a fully digital practice, quickly learn new systems, and use technology to keep matters organised and moving
  • Comfortable using practice management systems, document automation, electronic filing and digital communication tools
  • Interested in contributing to process improvement and efficient ways of working
  • Professional, approachable and client-focused
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Calm, reliable and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues

What We Offer

  • Meaningful work with clients at important life stages
  • Clear systems, structure and expectations
  • Ongoing training and mentoring
  • Modern technology and efficient workflows
  • A collaborative team environment where your contribution is valued
